step we will support the customer with factory layout plan and factory design

2. Sales

have weekly report for their project progress. At the same time, we will invite
their engineers to our factory for free training in SINO workshop for machine
operation and basic maintain. When all the equipments are ready, we will
assemble all the equipments into a production line, and test run for more than
one day to make sure every part can work smoothly and match each part well.
Also, after the equipments arrives customer’s factory, our engineers will fly
to their factory for machine installation and basic repairing training.
3. After-sales
service. We can offer 24 online services. If each of the equipment has
something wrong within guarantee time, we will offer service by free. And if
the customer are lacking of technicians, our engineer can also be reserve for
monthly and yearly service.
