1. Material of mould base: P20, made in
China with HRC29-30.
2. Material of insert core & cavity:
Assab S136 ESR Harden 48-52 HRC(rust free)
3. Anole16 tips hot runner or Yudo, Husky
hot runner, depends on customers’ requirements.
4. Independent cooling channel. (each
control separately)
5. Delivery time: 30-60days.
6. Guaranteed life: ≥1,000,000 shots
7. Cycle time: less than 12s
8. Mould cavity: 16 cavity
9. Ejector way: stripper
10. Heating system: with double heating
system, it has separate temperature control mode, the heat bar are used to heat
hot-runner manifold, small heaters supply the heating temperature for cavity
nozzle continuously.
