Eye Drop Bottle Cap Mold

Cap mold is one of big demand molds among mold business since it has many types with various sizes. Such as flip top cap mold, oil cap mold, 5 gallon cap mold, shampoo cap mold and so on. Our produced molds are already favored by a lot of customers from all over the world.

Plastic Battery Box Molding Solution

Battery box molding machine:We suggest using servo motor injection molding machine for producing battery box production. 1. Short cycle time
You can cut cycle time from two sides: One is good water channel, another one is mold action design. We have more than 10 experienced specialists to check every mold design before mold make to ensure the run action is easy and reasonable. Our water channel design has two features: intensive and multi-group.

Eccentricity is the most common problems occur on dust bin molds. We control it from two sides: one is close check each mold part according to part drawing; another one is making all the wear blocks strong enough to control the tolerance within 0.01mm.

We use supreme class steel for each mold, and every part of mold is checked by our QC department to ensure steel hardness. What’s more, the ratio between product size and mold size is reasonable.

4. Perfect parting line finishing, no any sharp edges.
Sharp edge on the dust bin is dangerous, in order to avoid the sharp edge, we need 3 stages finishing, from rough milling to steel hardened.

5. The stackable is perfect
When the dust bin product design is doing, we have to check its stackability. And we also pay high attention on avoiding deformation of the dust bin molding.
