Pet Preform Molding Line

Customer requirements:
1. There are two type preforms, one is 18g water bottle preform with neck size 28mm, another one is 93g jar preform with neck size 113mm.
2. For the water bottle preform mould, need 1,500,000pcs/month, while jar preform 100,000pcs/month only. Working time: 22hours/day, single-day weekend every week.
3. Just want one set PET injection molding machine that can fit these two preform moulds and meet the production capacity. .

Sino solution:
1. Bottle preform mould 24 cavity, cycle time 20s; Jar preform mould 4 cavity, cycle time 30s.
2. PETinjection machine size: DKM268T PET machine
3. Production capacity: for bottle preform mould one hour can get 60/20*24*60=4320pcs; while jar preform one hour can get 60/30*4*60=480pcs. So customer can arrange
1500000/(4320*22)=16 days to produce bottle preform mould, 9 days for jar preform production.

Automotive Battery Box Case Tool Solution

We are engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying a wide range of battery box molds.The offered range is available in various specifications as per customers requirements. Due to customers' trust, every year we export about 80sets battery box molds to all over the world and has enjoyed wide acclaim.

Commonly, battery box includes two parts: one is battery box base, another one is battery box cover. Below are specifications of battery box molds made by Sino Mould:

Runner type: hot runner, one tip for battery box cover mold; but for battery box base mold, we suggest one tip for one lattice

The most important key point for battery box mold is to master how to control each lattice size, neither too loose nor too tight. If it is too loose, the battery box will get swell when charging; If it is too tight, the battery box will fail to charge. So our company had spent a lot of time to figure out the best solution to control the size. Before mold design, our engineer will do moldflow to analysis the deformation. According to the moldflow report, our designers will choose suitable position for injection point to keep injection balance. Also we will make the water channel more intensive to reach good cooling effect.
