How to make high performance plastic paint pail die mold? Sino has
accumulated rich experience in design and inspection system.
1. When get the order from customer, we will ask for material specification,
stacking, dropping and assembling requirements, weight and size tolerance. We
will make mold-flow to analysis the product filling effect, and will send
report to customer.
2. We pay high attention on wall thickness; since for paint pail die
mold, it is easily cause the barrel of uneven thickness. If the
cooling is not equal in the different area of the pail mold core and cavity,
this will cause the following difference of the melted material, the more hot
area fluidity will be bigger and the colder area the fluidity will be smaller. Then
the hot area's pail wall thickness will be thicker. The temperature difference
normally caused at least 0.05mm... Normally,
the pail mold the interlock height should be 20 to 30% of the plastic pail's
height, for example the smaller pail should be 20%, and the bigger pail mold
should be around 30% height. The machining process is meaning
which kind of machining should we select and what we should take care when we
make the machining to the pail mold core and cavity.
3. Drop test process. Sino has standard drop test procedure and
pre-analysis report before making painting pail. Therefore, the drop test can
be easily passed by our QC department.
